Inspection Services for Every Property

You’ll get thorough property inspection services backed by experience and care.

I’m glad you’re here, and excited for you about your next property, whether you’re buying, selling, or just making sure everything’s in good shape. DG Home Inspection, LLC focuses on two things: residential property inspections and commercial property inspections, for both buyers and sellers. I don’t pad the list with inspection services I don’t perform myself; what you see is what you get when you book with me.

Residential Property Inspections

A full evaluation of the home’s major systems, from the roof to the foundation, so you understand exactly what you’re buying or selling.

Commercial Property Inspections

Office buildings, retail spaces, and small commercial properties all get the same level of attention, scaled to fit the building’s size and use.

What to Expect from Your Property Inspection services

Whether you’re buying a home, preparing to list a property, or maintaining a building you already own, I show up ready to give you a thorough, educational walkthrough. As your home inspector, I check all major systems and components, flag anything that needs attention, and note signs of deferred maintenance along the way.

After the walkthrough, I sit down with you for an on-site consultation to go over what I found, in plain language, before I ever leave the property. You’ll then receive your full report the same day, built in an interactive format with photos and clear descriptions of everything covered. It’s designed to give you a real, visual understanding of the property so you can move forward with confidence.

Reasons a Property Inspection Is Worth It

Stronger Negotiating Position

Buyers can use the report to negotiate price or repairs; sellers can address issues ahead of listing to support their asking price.

Protects Your Safety

A home inspection looks at real safety concerns, including electrical hazards, structural issues, and signs of moisture intrusion.

Helps You Plan Ahead

I'll point out systems nearing the end of their lifespan, like HVAC units or water heaters, so you can budget with fewer surprises.

Builds Trust in the Transaction

Sellers who get a pre-listing inspection show buyers they're being transparent, which can lead to smoother negotiations.

Gives You Peace of Mind

Knowing the real condition of a property means fewer surprises after the deal closes.
